MEDITATION ON BREATHING




 MEDITATION ON BREATHING:
1. Sit at any place, in any position with normal position of spine.
2. Relax your whole body and mind. Bring Positive thoughts in mind.
3. You can sit in your home or park but please note that the place is such where no one can disturb you.
4. Switch off your mobiles.
5. Bring your attention from outside of the world to inside of your body. Close your eyes.
6. Feel you are relaxing........ Feel lightness in body.............. Feel lightness in mind.......
.............
7. Switch off all your external thoughts. If mind is deviating outside, bring it again inside.
8. Concentrate on your breathe.
9. Inhale slowly........... (count slowly mentally 1,2,3,4)
10. Pause after inhale (count slowly mentally 1,2).
11. Exhale slowly...................... (count slowly mentally 1,2,3,4,5,6)
12. Pause after exhale (count slowly mentally 1,2).
13. Again inhale as per step 9.
13. Do steps 9 to 12, for 10 to 20 rounds.
14. If your mind is wandering during breathing, again bring its attention back to breathing.
15. After completion slowly open your eyes. Feel lightness in body and mind. Feel positive energy.
16. Repeat mentally (in slow pace) OM Shanti, Shanti, Shanti (Peace, Peace, Peace). Now get up.
